Labrum, Rotator Cuff...Or Neck?

Hello BMG Tidbits community! Determining the cause of shoulder pain can be tricky. There are several rotator cuff muscles which help stabilize and move the shoulder. There's a collagenous labrum which helps keep a suction cup seal for the ball and socket joint. Sometimes nothing is torn but there is a movement pattern causing pinching in the shoulder.
